By eating in a healthy and balanced way, you can lose weight fairly quickly, just by making dietary changes alone. Weight loss starts in the kitchen and it is absolutely vital that you make positive food choices. Manage your calories. For a business to make money, it must spend less than it earns. The same applies to your daily eating, if you burn more calories than you consume, your body will begin to burn fat.
  3. MOVE. The third most effective way to lose weight is to simply be active! Find an activity that you enjoy and do it! Take a walk, ride a bike, go swimming. Make it a goal to be active for 30 minutes a day and stick to it!
